Do you offer a Printed(Paper) catalog ?
Sorry, we do not offer a printed catalog.

What can I do with the prints that you sell ?
Our prints are great gift ideas and can be used to decorate homes, offices or
other places such as school lockers ! You can mat them, frame them or hang
them on the wall unframed and straight out of the package. Our prints are for
personal use only and you can not sell them. You can also use them for your
projects such as advertising, promotions, web design, publications, books,
brochures, guides, magazines, calendars, and many other, as many times as you

Do you have a guarantee? How can I return an order ?
We offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our prints and we
understand that if you are concerned that the pictures you see on your
computer screen might not be look the same as the glossy print you receive by
mail to give you a refund. Also, if the prints that you have purchased have
been damaged in the mail,..etc, you can return them, within 30 days[from date package received/delivered] for
a refund. Unless the return is due to an error made by us, we cannot refund
shipping charges. We can NOT give a refund
for Download or CD-R Disc orders. Please see
our
Returns Policy
for more information.

Can I cancel an order ?
You can cancel any Print order or CD-R Disc
order prior to fulfillment and shipment, which is usually within 24 hours
after you place your order. After cancellation you will get a refund.
You can cancel any Download order, prior to receive
the email with the Download Link in about 1-2hours after you make the payment.

VAT is included in price.
For all international shipments, the addressee is responsible for any duties,
fees and taxes payable locally.

When you ship a CD-R Disc or a Photo Print and
what is the Download Photo Image procedure ?
CD-R Disc items are get
shipped same business day upon receive your payment. Photo Print items will
usually be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your payment.
Download orders get processed same business day of receiving payment.
After about 1h-10h you place your order you will receive an
email with a Link to a web-page to get your download image (digital photo
image). All Photo Print items (or
a CD-R Disc)
are sent by FedEx or DHL post service either to Cyprus or to international
addresses. You will receive an email to inform you that your order has been
dispatched. Cyprus customers please allow up to 2 working days from receipt
of the email for delivery. Overseas customers please allow up to 10
working days from receipt of the email for delivery.
Please note that the total delivery time for Prints (or CD-R Disc) equals
production time plus shipping time. Orders may include
mixed image types, eg an order may include the following: 2 Photo Prints, 1
Photo Download and 1 CD-R Disc (with 17 digital Photo images). We will
communicate via email for orders like this .... about how to fulfill them.

Can you ship to an address that is different than the billing address ?
No , for now we ship only to billing address.

What is the Certificate of
Authenticity ? (Please note
that currently we sell only color photos)
Please note that we also sell and "old"
B&W photos about Polis Chrysochous (Polis) Area that have been taken by the
first photographer of Polis up to 50 years ago with subject Polis People and
Polis Nature . These Photos are original & old way make and come with a
Certificate of Authenticity . Also these photos cost more and may NOT send on
a CD-R Disc or get Downloaded.

How long does it take to download a file on average ?
Download
time depends on your internet connection speed and the size of the file you
Download
. The faster your connection and smaller the file, the less time it will take
... 1MB usually takes about 1 or 2 seconds over cable or DSL connection, or up
to 2-4 minutes via 56K dial-up connection.

I have recently purchased images (downloaded) from
PolisPhotos.com in the past, is there any way I can download them again ?
Yes. You can download any images you purchased, as long as the
purchase took place in the past 7 days or less.
