How to Order
To purchase a photograph simply choose Download/Print click the ADD-TO-CART button on the Photo's web-page, you will choose Photo type: Print size (A4,A3) you require, from the checkout page. Your Shopping Cart will then be displayed showing the item(s) you have selected. You can either choose to Continue Shopping by clicking 'Continue Shopping' or click 'Checkout' to pay for your items on the secure server and get receive the order shortly. The contents of your Shopping Cart can be viewed at any time by clicking on the 'View Cart' button.
In what currency I pay ?
We accept Payments in 17 currencies! By choosing your credit card's currency that was issued in, you see clear amount in check-out(cart) that will appear to your credit card statement, and also you DO NOT exposed to currency rate fluctuations and conversion fees that are unknown to the customer until it appears on the credit card statement. For non-US currency, payment options are limited to Visa and Master Card.

Shipping
We ship Photo Prints to all over the world. All orders Domestic and International get shipped with secure/express shipping. Also orders in order to protected in transit are packaged inside in full protected packages. Photo Print items will usually be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your payment. Download Image orders get processed same business day of receiving payment. After about 6h-12h from the order get received (payments get received/processed same time you place the order) you will receive an email with a HyperLink to a web-page to get Download your Images (Digital Photo Images) you have bought. All Print items are sent by Registered AirMail via Cyprus Postal Service either to Cyprus or to International addresses. You will receive an email to inform you that your order has been dispatched. Cyprus customers please allow up to 2 working days from receipt of the email for delivery. Overseas customers please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of the email for delivery. Please note that the total delivery time for Prints equals production time plus shipping time. Orders may include mixed image types, eg an order may include the following: 2 Photo Prints, 1 Photo Download.
Shipping Costs
Also note that our shipping rates are charged per Order of Photo Print(s).. In other words, the fees shown below are for 2 photographs that you order at one time. For example, if you place an order for two Prints get delivered by AirMail Postal Service to an address in Athens, Greece, your total shipping costs are still only Euro20.00. Please note that this Shipping rates shown below and in Shopping Cart include all shipping, packaging and handling costs, and we will always show you these charges prior to the completion of your order....
eg 1 item(1 Print) via Registered AirMail Shipping cost also: Euro20.00 Delivery Time: 3-4 days to Athens, Greece [see Table below] .
VAT is included in price. For all international shipments, the addressee is responsible for any duties, fees and taxes payable locally.
Returns Policy
We are offering the highest quality print products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are NOT satisfied with a print that you have purchased, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Simply pack your print in the same packaging it was shipped in and return it to:

We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can accept a return ONLY if the product(s) is in it's original condition with the original packaging materials and also we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We can NOT give a refund for Download orders. Also payment info [credit card info,...etc] get processed by 2co.com (www) securely and we do NOT know your credit card number etc hence are encrypted by the system (Only you know this info).

Our pictures are provided by "A. GEORGIOU", professional photographer in Polis town in Cyprus.
What can I do with the prints that you sell?
Our prints are great gift ideas and can be used to decorate homes, offices or other places such as school lockers! You can mat them, frame them or hang them on the wall unframed and straight out of the package. Our prints are for personal use only and you can not sell them. You can also use them for your projects such as advertising, promotions, web design, publications, books, brochures, guides, magazines, calendars, and many other, as many times as you may need but you must reference the Producer[Copyright © A.GEORGIOU].
Do you have a guarantee? How can I return an order?
We offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our prints and we understand that if you are concerned that the pictures you see on your computer screen might not be look the same as the glossy print you receive by mail to give you a refund. Also, if the prints that you have purchased have been damaged in the mail,..etc, you can return them, within 30 days[from date package received/delivered] for a refund. Unless the return is due to an error made by us, we cannot refund shipping charges. We can NOT give a refund for Download orders. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel any Print order prior to fulfillment and shipment, which is usually within 24 hours after you place your order. After cancellation you will get a refund. You can cancel any Download order, prior to receive the email with the Download Link in about 1-2hours after you make the payment.

When is my credit card charged for an order?
We will debit your credit card immediately.
What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

Yes! We use http://www.2co.com (2Checkout.com, Inc) where it uses secure servers that utilize encryption technology, so that your personal information is fully protected . We do NOT know your credit card info hence this encrypted by our system(Only you know this info).

I have recently purchased images(downloaded) from PolisPhotos.com in the past, is there any way I can download them again?
Yes. You can download any images you purchased, as long as the purchase took place in the past 7 days or less.
What is the Certificate of Authenticity ?
Please note that we also sell and "old" B&W photos about Polis Chrysochous (Polis) Area that have been taken by the first photographer of Polis up to 50 years ago with subject Polis People and Polis Nature . These Photos are original & old way make and come with a Certificate of Authenticity . Also these photos cost more and may NOT get Downloaded.
Can you ship to an address that is different than the billing address?
No, for now we ship only to billing address.
When you ship Photo Print(s) and what is the Download Photo Image procedure ?
Photo Print items will usually be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your payment. Download orders get processed same business day of receiving payment.
